The waiting area had a nice vibe, complete with some magazines and a TV, making the experience far more pleasant than I anticipated. One minor thing I would recommend is improving their appointment scheduling system; it felt a bit chaotic at times when I arrived. Nevertheless, they still managed to get me in and out in good time.
